AD PLUS respects your privacy. This page explains what information this website handles, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to adplus.ps and any domain that later serves this site.

01Who we are
AD PLUS is a creative advertising agency based at Business Center, 5th Floor, Al Irsal St., Ramallah, Palestine. You can reach us at [email protected] or +970 2 297 3566.
02What this website collects
This website has no user accounts and no server-side forms. It does not store personal data in a database of its own.
The “Start a project” panel composes a message in your own email application. Nothing you type there is sent to, or stored by, this website; it only reaches us if you choose to send the email, and it is then handled like any other email you send us.
Like most websites, our hosting and the Cloudflare network in front of it keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps) to keep the site secure and available. These logs are retained for a limited time and are not used to profile visitors.
03Cookies and local storage
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It uses a small amount of browser storage (sessionStorage) to remember that you have already seen the loading screen during your visit; this contains no personal data and is cleared when you close the tab.
Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security purposes (for example to distinguish humans from automated traffic). These are required for the service to work.
04Messaging with our service centres
AD PLUS also runs the Engineers, Doctors and Lawyers Services Centres, which you can reach on WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram. When you message a centre we receive the name shown on your account, your phone number or account ID, the content of your messages (including photos, files and voice notes) and, for orders, the products, designs, prices and delivery address you give us. We do not receive your account passwords or your contact list.
This information is used only to answer you, prepare quotes and designs, produce and deliver your order, and keep the records the law requires. It is handled by our team on a secured platform and is shared only with Meta (as the messaging provider) and the delivery company when an order is shipped. You can ask us to delete it at any time; see the data deletion page.
05Emails you send us
When you email us, call us, or send a project brief, we use the information you provide to reply to you and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. We keep correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and to meet legal or accounting obligations.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example email hosting) and only to the extent needed.
06Client work shown on this site
The projects and logos displayed on this website belong to the respective clients and are shown as examples of work produced by AD PLUS. If you are a client and would like a piece of work removed or updated, contact us at [email protected].
07Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no legal reason to keep it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable time.
08Links to other sites
This site may link to social networks and other websites. Their privacy practices are their own; please review their policies.
09Changes
We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
