Data deletion request
You can ask AD PLUS, including the Engineers, Doctors and Lawyers Services Centres, at any time to delete the data we hold about you, including conversations we received through WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram.

01How to request deletion
Send us the message “Delete my data” in the same conversation you use to contact us (WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram), or email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”.
Include your phone number or the name of your Facebook or Instagram account so that we can find your data.
We will confirm that we received your request, complete the deletion within 30 days at most, and let you know when it is done.
02What is deleted
The conversations, photos, files and voice notes you sent us or we sent you.
The contact details we keep: your name, phone number or account ID, and delivery addresses.
If you placed an order or received an invoice whose accounting record we are legally required to keep, we keep only the minimum needed for the period the law requires, then delete it.
03On Meta’s side
Deleting our copy does not delete the copy of the conversation in the WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram app on your device; you can delete it from the app itself.
